There Is One Gate Entrance With A Key Pad For Entrance. You Will Need To Get Out Of The Car To Use The Key Pad. The Gate Will Remain Open Long Enough For You To Get Back Into Your Car And Drive Through. To Exit The Community You Will Need To You The Exit Only Gate And Use The Key Pad. The Combination For The Key Pad Will Be Given To You When You Schedule The Showing. A Remote Will Be Given To The New Owner For Their Convenience.
